1. Our standard
xili must never be used to create, upload, store, share, request, promote, or facilitate content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. This rule applies to every user, post, image, caption, comment, profile, and other interaction on xili.
CSAM is illegal. A user's consent, intent, location, or relationship to a child does not make CSAM or child sexual exploitation acceptable on xili.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Creating, uploading, distributing, requesting, saving, or linking to CSAM, including real, altered, or computer-generated depictions.
- Grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation of a minor, sexual trafficking, or arranging sexual contact with a minor.
- Sexualizing a minor or encouraging, instructing, normalizing, or facilitating the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.
- Using xili to identify, contact, threaten, blackmail, coerce, or exploit a child for sexual purposes.
3. How to report a concern
Use the reporting or support option available in the xili app to report the relevant content or account. You may also report a child-safety concern directly to our safety team at contact@xiliapp.com. Include the affected username, a description of the concern, and any relevant post or profile details you can safely provide.
Do not download, copy, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM in order to report it. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
4. How xili responds
We review child-safety reports and take action appropriate to the risk, our Terms of Service, and applicable law. Actions may include restricting access, removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving relevant information where legally permitted or required, and cooperating with lawful investigations.
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on xili, we remove or disable access to it and take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law.
5. Reports to authorities
xilistudios OÜ maintains a process for reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional or national authority when required by applicable law. We also respond to valid legal requests and may make other reports when necessary to protect a child or comply with the law.
6. Age and child privacy
xili is not intended for children under 13. A higher minimum age or parental consent may be required where a user lives. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and what we do if we learn that a child's information was collected in violation of applicable law.
